I had the pleasure of Dealing with Maya for my auto insurance needs from start to finish and the was the absolute best. I felt like I knew her before with her warmest of welcome. Very pleasant to talk with. She went above and beyond to provide me the most important support to clear up the mess that my previous insurance carrier had attached to my address. I can personally recommend both Andy and Dimitri Sarpoolaki of Sarpoolaki Insurance Center. Both have demonstrated a thorough knowledge and upmost professionalism when attending to my insurance needs. This was especially true when I lost my home in the 2004 Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. Andy went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected to help me through that ordeal. He, and now Dimitri, continue to manage my insurance needs -home, auto, and life- making sure to look for the best price and product available. They have my full and complete trust. Highly recommend them both.

I recently moved to Palm Bay in December of 2024, I was with my previous insurance Agent for over 5 years, but since moving to Palm Bay i have had a hard time getting in contact with them in Miami. I decided to use Sarpoolaki Inurance Group and was not disappointed. My agent Kimmaya was exceptional from the first point of contact, to then providing the estimates and discussing each option with me. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Kimmaya from Sarpoolaki was great. She found me multiple quotes with different options for my homeowners insurance. She went over them all with me and helped guide me to the company that was the best fit for me. In the end she got me better insurance at a much lower rate thank you so much it's greatly appreciated you want above and beyond.

Dimitri was wonderful from the moment I walked through the door! Very knowledgeable on products I was interested in, namely car insurance at this time. He was very quick and efficient in obtaining quotes to meet my specific needs. I was having a specific problem with my insurance company updating my info. Ultimately he was able to find me a lower rate with an entirely different company and I was able to keep my appointment with the DMV scheduled for later in the day. I would highly recommend him and the agency in general. The office was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I look forward to using him for all of our insurance needs in the future.

Since 2015 Sarpoolaki Insurance has provided insurance for my Merritt Island home and for 3 other investment homes in Florida including my cars, watercraft and 2 motorcycles.
